TradeSphere Ltd – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the services provided by TradeSphere Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Mauritius and licensed to provide forex trading services (hereinafter referred to as “TradeSphere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using our services.

2. Regulatory Compliance

TradeSphere Ltd is licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of the Republic of Mauritius. We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing forex trading and financial services in Mauritius.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
  • Ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws in your country of residence.

4. Services

Provided TradeSphere offers online forex trading and other financial services through its platform. These services include but are not limited to:

  • Currency trading
  • Contracts for Difference (CFDs)
  • Financial market analysis and trading tools

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading in foreign exchange (forex) and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Before engaging in any trading activities, you should carefully consider your financial objectives, experience, and risk tolerance.

6. Account Registration

To use TradeSphere’s services, you must create an account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

7. Account Verification

As a licensed forex broker, TradeSphere is required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested to verify your identity, residency, and source of funds.

8. Trading Conditions

  • Leverage: The level of leverage provided will be subject to regulatory requirements and at our discretion.
  • Spreads and Fees: Our spreads, commissions, and any applicable fees will be clearly communicated and may vary based on market conditions.
  • Execution Policy: All trades will be executed according to our execution policy, which ensures prompt, fair, and effective execution of your orders.

9. Deposits and Withdrawals

You may deposit funds into your TradeSphere account using approved payment methods. Withdrawals must be requested through our platform, and TradeSphere will process them within the specified time frame, subject to AML checks.

10. Client Funds

TradeSphere ensures the segregation of client funds from its own operational funds. All client funds are held in reputable financial institutions and are protected as per regulatory requirements.

11. Market Conduct

You agree not to engage in any behavior that manipulates, distorts, or otherwise affects the market’s natural flow. Such behaviors include insider trading, price manipulation, or any other form of market abuse. TradeSphere reserves the right to take appropriate action, including closing your account, in case of any such violations.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software provided by TradeSphere remain the property of TradeSphere Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the materials for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

13. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and store your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of Mauritius.

14. Limitation of Liability

TradeSphere Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information provided on our platform.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TradeSphere Ltd harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or your misuse of our services.

16. Amendments

TradeSphere reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services following the changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Termination

TradeSphere reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of this Agreement or if required by regulatory authorities. Upon termination, you will be required to settle any outstanding obligations to TradeSphere.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
